Apply to Beta 1.0

There are two separate programs, with different purposes and different audiences. Pick the one that matches your organization — you can apply to both if both genuinely apply to you.

Cohort 1

Harvest Route Web Application Beta

For:

  • Producers / Farmers
  • Buyers / Retailers
  • Carriers / Logistics Providers

Hands-on testing of the Harvest Route product: posting and aggregating loads, sourcing carriers, and tracking cold-chain delivery on real freight. Applying does not grant access to the application — selected organizations are contacted separately with onboarding instructions.

Cohort 2

Institutional Beta & White-Label Evaluation

For:

  • Food Hubs
  • Farm-to-School Programs
  • Municipalities and Government Agencies
  • Regional Food-System Organizations
  • Cooperatives, universities, and nonprofits

Institutional discovery and use-case evaluation: how your organization coordinates regional food today, how Harvest Route can support your network, and what a future branded deployment could look like.

Beta application timeline

How Beta Selection Works

Submitting an application is the first step—not approval. Here's the full path.

  1. Apply

    Submit your organization profile and Beta interests.

  2. Review

    Harvest Route reviews your operation, goals, and use case.

  3. Interview

    Selected applicants are contacted by a Harvest Route representative.

  4. Selection

    Up to 10 organizations are selected for each cohort.

  5. Informational Session

    Approved organizations receive an invitation to the October 10 session.

  6. Beta Testing

    Final participants receive specific Beta access for their testing cohort.

Applicants who are a strong fit but cannot be accommodated in Beta 1.0
may be considered for Harvest Route Beta 2.0.
