Our mission
Building a more connected
route from local production
to local markets.
Harvest Route℠ is an agricultural commerce and logistics platform designed to strengthen how small and independent producers, buyers, and transportation partners connect across the food supply chain.
From farm availability to market opportunity, the route forward starts with connection.
The problem
Good food shouldn't lose its opportunity to market because the route is fragmented.
Small and independent producers often operate within a food supply chain built around scale. Limited transportation access, fragmented distribution networks, first- and last-mile deficiencies, inconsistent market visibility, and difficulty coordinating smaller volumes can make reaching buyers more complicated and costly.
At the same time, retailers, institutions, food businesses, and communities increasingly want greater access to regional and locally produced food—but finding available supply and coordinating its movement can remain disconnected.
Producers
Fragmented Movement
Buyers
- Limited visibility into demand
- Difficult to coordinate small volumes
- Limited access to reliable transportation
- Delays, spoilage & quality loss
- Higher costs & inefficiencies
- Lost sales & missed market opportunities
- Food doesn't reach the communities that need it
Inconsistent supply & availability
Higher prices for everyone
Reduced access to fresh, local food
Weaker, less resilient food systems
Supply exists. Demand exists.
The connection between them needs to work better.
The solution
A shared platform for agricultural commerce, coordination, and movement.
Harvest Route creates digital infrastructure where producers, buyers, and logistics partners can participate in a more connected regional food ecosystem.
The platform is being designed to help make agricultural supply more discoverable, transportation capacity more accessible, and commercial coordination easier across participants who historically operate through disconnected systems.
Connect
Bring producers, buyers, and logistics partners into a shared agricultural marketplace.
Coordinate
Create greater visibility around available products, demand, transportation needs, and regional opportunities.
Move
Support the commercial and logistical connections necessary to move food from production toward its destination.
Harvest Route is not replacing the relationships that move food. We're building infrastructure that can help those relationships work better.
The future
The future of regional food systems is more connected, visible, and collaborative.
Stronger Regional Food Networks
Help more regional supply reach viable commercial markets.
Expanded Market Access
Create additional pathways for small and independent producers to participate in wholesale opportunities.
Better Transportation Connectivity
Strengthen the link between agricultural supply and the logistics capacity needed to move it.
More Resilient Communities
Support food systems where economic opportunity, agricultural production, transportation, and community access can reinforce one another.
Built by community. For community.

Our long-term vision extends beyond individual loads or transactions. Harvest Route is building toward infrastructure that can help farms, businesses, cooperatives, institutions, municipalities, and regional food systems coordinate more effectively.
Help us build the route forward.
Harvest Route is preparing for Beta testing with producers, buyers, carriers, logistics organizations, and other food-system participants who want to help shape the future of regional agricultural commerce.
